Brian Emerson is currently the president of Point North Networks, Inc. He has developed and implemented technology solutions for companies such as 3M, BestBuy.com, Carlson Companies, and many others. Brian is a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program at Babson College and sits on the Board of Directors at the River Heights Chamber of Commerce.
Dana Johnson
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Dana Johnson is Point North Networks, Inc. Director of Operations. He has been with the company for more than 2 years and has been integral in process improvement and strategic growth. As a leader within the organization Dana is responsible for overseeing the activities of our Cloud, Security and Managed IT departments. In his additional role as an integrator, he is intimately familiar with the company strategic vision, and works diligently to ensure all individuals within the company are on track to achieve the company vision, while achieving unprecedented personal success. Dana’s true passion is finding ways to improve systems and processes for Point North Networks partners. He is driven by the unyielding position that everything can be improved, and “it’s always been done that way” is never an acceptable reason to continue down a path.
On top of his work for Point North Networks Dana continues to work for the Unites States Navy as a reservist. As the Region North Embed Coordinator for the Commander, Naval Information Force Reserve he is responsible for 500+ Sailors in a 17 state area.
Beyond his careers Dana lives outside a small rural Wisconsin town with his wife, two sons and four dogs. He is a self-professed, and proud nerd
Ken Taylor
PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER

Ken Taylor is our Partner Success Manager hired in August of 2022 to ensure the satisfaction of services & business growth utilizing technology for our partners. He has over 30 years of business management and operations experience, with the majority of those years focused on web-enabled technologies, Managed IT and customer service.
Professionally, his passion is business management, learning about businesses and enjoys working with people. He has owned and operated a small technology business of his own since 1999 with hundreds of consultative engagements with various small businesses over the years. Prior to this, Ken was production/operations manager of an RF ID manufacturing company that operated 24×7 and was responsible for over 175 employees. Accomplishments during this time included growing the company from 2 owners and himself to 175 employees, converting & integrating a new MRP system, leading the way in attaining ISO 9000 status, improving production yields from 85% to 99.98%, to the eventual sale of the company in 2000.
Personally, Ken has a passion for family, faith, the outdoors, helping others and volunteering. Hobbies include Golf, Geocaching/hiking, fishing, and any leisure time spent with family. He grew up in the metro area and met his wife in high school, has 4 children and always seems to have a boxer (dog) or two around to keep everyone on their toes.
Dan Jilek

Dan possesses a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and has a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. He has expertise in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Dan is capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide innovative solutions and improve overall IT operations. Dan is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to ensure that his skills remain relevant and valuable.
Matthew Koss
SR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Matthew has been working in the IT field for 26 years. His career started on a software helpdesk for Compaq (now HP) and quickly worked my way up into doing network and server support for companies such as GE Capital. In the mid-2000’s Matthew did a number of consulting jobs before landing a job as the IT Manager for Afton Alps (later Vail Resorts) which he worked at for almost 10 years, providing all levels of support as well as management for a single organization. Matthew has a broad range of experience and knowledge of the underlying technologies of IT spanning decades. Matthew currently works as a Senior Technician for Point North Networks providing escalation support and working on infrastructure projects.

Since earning his A.A.S. degree in Information Management Systems he has worked in various technical roles such as IT help desk, installation technician, and technical support representative/technical sales. Josh looks to create a personable experience when working with clients and always strives to provide an honest and quick response to their technical concerns.

Ben Rebischke

Ben started his career in IT at Inver Hills Community College in Inver Grove Heights, MN. He then achieved his A.A.S. degree for Information Technology Support. He currently is furthering his education at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN for his B.S. degree for Computer Information Technology. While at Point North Networks, Ben has been able to work on several different aspects of the Information Technology world and expand his knowledge of different hardware and software. Ben has recently earned his A+ certification. Ben’s specialties in the IT industry & at Point North, include setting up new computers and migrating user data to new environments Ben especially enjoys working with clients in helping them solve their IT issues.
Stephen Dick

Stephen is an Information Security enthusiast who likes tinkering with technology for the past 10 years with new operating systems, toolsets, static and dynamic malware analysis, love to do sandboxing with Cuckoo and most importantly want to help people. He has his own home lab at home and always am working on it consisting of XCP-NG; a virtualization software, PfSense as my firewall on a Watchguard XTM 5 series with IP based routing and proper network segmentation and port security, Security onion as my Network Security Monitoring system on a Dell PowerEdge T310 and many VMs consisting of Remnux for malware analysis, Windows server 2022 with separated virtual machines per role, and Network Time Protocol Stephen is continuously learning every day.
Greg Dennis
FINANCE MANAGER

Greg is the Owner and CEO of EP Consulting Group, LLC, which provides financial and management services to small businesses. He currently provides financial management and participates in strategic planning for Point North Networks.
Prior to forming his company, Greg was a longtime community banker heading a number of business focused banks in the Twin Cities. After 40 years as a banker, he retired from his position as the President/CEO of Key Community Bank in Inver Grove Heights, MN in 2021. However, he continues to enjoy working with the small business community and assisting in their growth and success. He is an active board member and past chair of the River Heights Chamber of Commerce as well as a founding member and past president of the Rotary Club in Savage, MN.
Greg enjoys playing golf and experiencing life at his home in Nisswa, MN He continues to have strong family ties in the Twin Cities where his children and grandchildren reside.
